the gorgeous couple from my last session welcomed their little man into the world (after three days of labour – go mama!!), and he definitely didn’t disappoint – he’s as beautiful as his parents! this little dude wasn’t too happy about being my model, he was much happier snuggling up with mommy. luckily, with a little patience and some help from mom and her friend, we were able to capture a few sweet, squishy, sleepy shots. he also flashed his big gorgeous eyes for a couple shots, as well. i enjoyed hanging out with you guys and capturing this time in your life. enjoy your sneak peek!

this weekend, i had the pleasure of meeting a gorgeous couple for a sunset maternity session. the weather acted like it wasn’t going to cooperate with us and was completely gray all day, just to open up and be beautiful for our session. these two are expecting their first little one in July – so soon! it was my first time meeting this mom in person, but we have “known” each other for awhile, as we met on an online baby forum – our babies are due only one week apart! anyways, i made this mama (and her husband, of course) do laps around a huge park, tromp through tall grass and brave a field of thistles for these shots – so i hope they’re worth it!! enjoy your sneak peek, you two! and if i don’t see you again before the big day, good luck!

i just *had* to share one more shot from my most recent session. it made me laugh, it’s just so cute.

this weekend i had a session with the cutest, chattiest little dude. he kept his parents up aaaaaaaall night the night before the session, but he played nice with me – telling me lots of stories and giving me little grins. he sure has a personality, this little guy, because i captured lots of adorable expressions. he completely ruled the show and let us know when he was done, done, done getting his photos taken, too. enjoy your sneak peek guys!

Yesterday I got to meet the sweetest little guy – meet Joey, only 11 days old here, but born 5 weeks early. He was a tiny little peanut and sooo sleepy. He was too easy on me, really! Like baby jello, he let me put him in all sorts of pretzelly positions, and he slept through it like a log. He only woke up a few times – once to poop on everything I owned, and another time to really hose mom down in pee. I mean really, mom was soaked!! Anyways, I had so much fun photographing him and his little personality, I couldn’t wait to share a few with his family, and my blog readers. Enjoy!

i just wanted to share a shot of my sweet baby girl. she’s 2.5 now and she’s going to be a big sister so soon – which makes her seem so grown up! every day, she tells me “momma, me grow-ed up now!” not only is olivia stunningly beautiful, but she’s got the most magical little soul you will ever meet. i am truly in love with her!

yesterday afternoon i photographed this little beauty – only 6 days old! i always forget how teensy tiny they are until i see one so new. she was a toughie who made me work for my shots and poses – she was wide awake and didn’t want to go to sleep for nothin’! at the end of the session, she finally zonked out long enough for me to try a few fun things. anyways, enjoy your sneak peek! i really enjoyed photographing your gorgeous little girl.

this weekend, i had the pleasure of photographing the easiest baby i have ever photographed to date. he slept soundlessly for the entire session, let me pose him in a million different ways, didn’t let out a single cry…and his parents were trying to say he wasn’t a good sleeper for them at night! at the end of the session, mom and dad wanted a few opened-eyed shots of their blue-eyed beauty, so we tried to wake him up. it wasn’t easy, but we managed to grab a few shots of his gorgeous eyes before he drifted back to sleep. thanks for inviting me to your home to capture all the little bitties of your new little man. i had so much fun! enjoy your sneak peek.

this weekend, i had the pleasure of photographing a perfectly adorable little 5 week old guy. he was wide awake and alert – boy, he didn’t want to fall asleep at all! as i was getting some close-up shots of his sweet little face, i saw something fly by of the corner of my eye – he was peeing – a big stream that hit the floor 2 feet away! later in the session, dad’s shirt became a target of the little fire hose as well. it was such a fun session hanging out with these guys and their new little man. enjoy your sneak peek – thanks for having me there to capture these special moments for your family!
